Design proposal for the recreation of a residential condominium lobby serving over 300 apartments. The aim was to create a distinctive entrance space — a signature and welcoming gesture for residents and visitors alike. The large atrium was conceived as a setting where furniture and art pieces could stand out and coexist in a balanced way. A harmonious yet contrasting palette of woods, metals, and textiles creates a sophisticated atmosphere. Different seating areas allow for waiting, conversation, work, and contemplation, reinforcing the uniqueness of the design.
